Junior Research Fellow

Applications are invited for the position of JRF to work in the BRNS sponsored project entitled “Development of porous metal organic frameworks (MOFS) for H2 storage” [BRNS Sanction Letter No.2013/36/03-BRNS/0648]. The Position is temporary and is available immediately. The selected candidate may be permitted to register for Ph. D. program as per the existing institute rules. The project involves design and synthesis of porous MOFs and their characterization and H2 storage applications.

1. Position: One
2. JRF: M.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks and must have qualified NET or GATE.
3. Emoluments: JRF fellowship shell be Rs.l6,000/- per month for first two years and Rs.l8,000/- per month from third year onward.
4. Duration of the Project: 3 years
5. Last Date for receipt of application:  17/11/2013
