Job Description:The Role
a) Evaluate, plan/implement appropriate treatments programme.b) Administer therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairment of functional limitation and to maximise optimal recovery.
c) Initiate discharge planning & recommend appropriate discharge therapy programme.
d) Maintain clear appropriate and accurate documentations of treatments in a timely manner.
e) Any other duties as requested by Manager.
Key accountabilities
a) Appropriateness of care given quality & timeliness of documentation.
b) Competecncy of skills.
c) Compliance to JCI standards and practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Professional Diploma/Degree from recognised University
